If you are coming to Norikura Plateau from the Nagawa/Kiso area, take Prefectural Road 26 (Nagawa-Kiso Line) and then National Route 158.

Please take Prefectural Road 84, the Norikura-dake Line. There will be no significant difference in travel time due to the detour.
