August 29To customers visiting on Saturday

・Customers arriving by car

On Saturday, August 29th, the parking area in front of the tourist center and nearby parking lots will be unavailable due to preparations for the hill climb competition.

Customers using the shuttle bus to Tatamihira should drive for 3-4 minutes from the tourist center along Prefectural Road 84 towards Mt. Norikura.
It is located on the left side in the direction of travel.Yamaboshi Parking LotPlease use "[this option]".
In front of the parking lot:Norikura Ski ResortThere is a bus stop (formerly the Suzuranbashi bus stop), from which you can board the shuttle bus.

Ichinose Grassland Parking LotRegarding this, there is a possibility of congestion due to the parking of tournament participants.
You can park your car and go for a stroll.

• Customers arriving by public transport

If you are coming by public transport from Matsumoto Station or Shin-Shimashima Station, you can transfer to a shuttle bus at the Norikura Kogen Tourist Center.

To our customers visiting on Sunday, August 30th

On August 30th (Sunday), the day of the hill climb competition, there will be traffic restrictions as Prefectural Road 84 (Norikura Echo Line) will be used as part of the course.

Prefectural Road 84Norikura Kogen Tourist Center ~ Prefectural Border GateThe area around Tatamihira will be closed to traffic from 6:00 to 12:30.

During the above-mentioned time period, it is not possible to drive to Zengoro Falls, Kyukamura, or Sanbon Falls.

Furthermore, regarding parking, almost all parking lots within the plateau will be unavailable until the end of the tournament.

Buses bound for Norikura-dake Tatamidaira were suspended in the morning, but service will resume from 12:45.
The first bus from Tatamidaira to the Tourist Information Center departs at 14:00.

Regarding the buses departing from Shin-Shimashima Station bound for Kyukamura Norikura Kogen, the morning services will only go as far as Norikura Kogen Tourist Center. Please note that they will not stop at Suzuran, Suzurankami, Norikura Ski Resort, or Kyukamura.

Due to traffic restrictions on Prefectural Road 84 on Sunday, August 30th, there will be no buses from Tatamidaira to Norikura Kogen Tourist Center until 2:00 PM. (Please check the timetable above.)

You can descend the mountain on foot, but please be extremely careful of bicycles passing at high speeds on some sections of the road where you will be walking. Also, please follow the instructions of the event staff.

Please note that even if you descend the mountain trail, if you have parked your car between the tourist center and Sanbon Falls,
Please be aware that you will not be able to move your vehicle until 12:30 when the road restrictions are lifted.
