Zero Carbon ParkAbout
A zero-carbon park is an area that aims to decarbonize national parks by promoting initiatives such as the use of electric vehicles in national parks, the use of renewable energy in facilities located within national parks, and local production and consumption, while also realizing the creation of sustainable tourist destinations, including the elimination of plastic.
We aim to turn our national parks into carbon-neutral showcases, creating a space where visitors from Japan and abroad can experience a low-carbon, sustainable lifestyle. We aim to turn our national parks into carbon-neutral showcases, creating a space where visitors from Japan and abroad can experience a low-carbon, sustainable lifestyle.
