A Stroll to Sanbondaki Falls

A walk to Sanbontaki Falls

Hello! I'm Azumi.

After about 30 minutes of exploring the forest, we headed towardsthe three main waterfalls (of a river, etc.)

How many times have beautiful creatures and plants stopped us as we briskly headed for the goal?
It's as if he's saying, "Hey, I'm here." "Take a moment and take a look at me."
At that moment, my heart starts dancing.
On a wonderful treasure huntthe three main waterfalls (of a river, etc.)Arrived at.
Enjoying coffee in the mist of the waterfall is a special experience.
The sights, textures, and smells can only be experienced by going there on foot. I am so happy to be able to spend 1-2 hours of my day in such a wonderful way. *There is a frog hiding in the last photo 🐸

Hi there, Azumi again.
About a 30min hike into the forest above Norikura Kogen you can find 3 beautiful waterfalls know in Japanese as Sanbondaki.
We headed off to get to the falls but quickly found ourselves stopping to take in all the beautiful signs of life in the forest. It was easy to get lost in the moment and so our conversation was more like “I'm over here.” “Wow, check that out!” while we tried to take it all in and share those moments.
Once we got to the falls it was clear that we had found the treasure we had set out for. Coffee time in the mist of the waterfall was the icing on the cake. Our time in the forest was full of beautiful “moments” to touch and to smell and to feel nature underfoot. It was a wonderful piece of my day.
