Norikura Hot Springs

This hot spring is a hot spring that gushes forth from the mountainside of Mt. Norikura and is pumped into the Norikura Kogen. It is a milky white simple sulfur spring with a unique smell that says, "This is a hot spring!" It has strong antibacterial properties, warms the body from the inside out, and activates metabolism, so you'll feel energized after soaking in it.

This is a simple hydrogen sulfide sulfur spring. Bathing in this spring is expected to improve not only general ailments such as muscle fatigue and sensitivity to cold, but also chronic skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, chronic gynecological diseases, cuts, diabetes, and high blood pressure.

There are about 57 hot spring facilities on the plateau. In addition to Yukemurikan, there are also facilities where you can take a day trip to bathe.

This simple hot spring springs from the Norikura Kogen. It is colorless and transparent, and contains a lot of bicarbonate ions, so you can feel a long-lasting warmth. The temperature is not too high, and it is not too stimulating, so you can soak in it for a long time and relax, so you can soothe your daily fatigue.

Where to put it

The only hot spring facility on the plateau is Kyukamura Norikura Kogen, which uses its own hot spring source. Day trips to the baths are also possible.
