■ How to make a reservation

• Reservations can only be made online
  • Reservations can only be made through Hassha All-In-One.

• Tickets cannot be purchased at the tourist center counter or on the bus.
  • ※however,Only if there are seats available on the dayYou may be able to purchase tickets at the ticket counter or on the bus.
  • On weekends and during busy periodsMany times the tickets are fully booked, and there may be no tickets available on the day.So,Advance reservations are highly recommended。
    
• Reservations and payments are made for both the outbound and return trips.(There is no round-trip fee)
  There is no round-trip fare, so please make sure to purchase two tickets.
  
• There have been many cases where passengers have only booked one way and are unable to board the return trip.
  Please make sure to purchase both the outbound and return journeys.

■ Changing or canceling a reservation

• A cancellation fee of 100 yen will be charged for each cancellation.It takes time.
